About the Course
Best Step Academy's 6-Week Traditional CNA Training Program provides comprehensive, in-person training for individuals seeking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare.
Our program combines structured classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory practice, and supervised clinical experience at an affiliated healthcare facility in the Chicagoland area.
Students receive instruction in essential nursing assistant responsibilities, including communication and interpersonal skills, infection control, patient safety, resident rights, promoting independence, and the 21 skills mandated by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH).
With small class sizes, dedicated instructors, and a supportive learning environment, Best Step Academy is committed to helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver quality, compassionate care.
Upon successful completion, students are prepared to take the Illinois CNA competency exam and pursue employment opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings.
