Grievance policy

All students’ grievances, issues, differences of opinion are to be resolved directly with the instructor or the accused. If a student needs to discuss a grievance with the program coordinator, the student must schedule an appointment to discuss the complaint. Any complaint that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with the school, in accordance with its written grievance policy, may be filed with IBHE. 

COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS SCHOOL MAY BE REGISTERED WITH THE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION
