Clinical experience provides students with hands-on care for patients or residents and enhances student learning. 

 

To become certified nursing assistants, students must complete at least 40 hours of clinical training at a healthcare facility. 

 

Best Step Academy is affiliated with several extended care facilities (nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities) within the Chicagoland area. 

 

It is an expectation that students arrange for their own transportation to and from clinical locations.
